More Previous "Get Well" Gifts!!!!!!

HOLA, EVERYONE!!!!!!!! How are ye? I hope you're doing lovely. I just thought I'd add this in. I love using describing words like, exquisite, lovely, excellent, beautiful, breathtaking, ect. Do you?

At homeschool testing, my mom talked to a lady named Ms. Courtney. She has three kids: Dunnivan, who's 6, Suzanna, who's 4 or 5, and Dison, who's about 1. She asked my mom for our address, so they could send "Get Well" cards. Well, I was really excited when my mom told me that, because I love getting stuff....especially from little kids!!!!! Well, it arrived in a pretty, girly, flowery package. Dunnivan and Suzanna both sent me hearts with my name on them, and "Get Well" cards. Click on the pics to see them up close.

Faithful Fridays!!!!!!!

Hi Everybody!!!!! I'm so happy to see you here!!!!! So.....I'm going to do Faithful Fridays. This week, I'm REALLY thankful I feel LOTS better. Now, I'm still tired and just a teeny tiny teensy bit stuffy, but the cough is almost gone, and I don't have any fever(THANK YOU JESUS), and I feel really better!!!!!!!!!! Thank you, JESUS!!!!


I noticed a few people have asked me what Faithful Fridays is, and I haven't replied. SO, Faithful Fridays is where we share an answered prayer, something GOD has done for us, or a prayer request, and we share our faith in GOD!!!!!! The Baby Elephant Walk

Hi Everybody....I think I'm at the tail end of this flu. I hardly have a cough, and I haven't had any fever since this morning, and the doctor gave me an antibiotic, and some stuffiness medicine. THANK YOU, JESUS!!!!!! Thanks to YOU, for all your prayers and patience while I was sick. I feel lots better, now. **********************************************************

(Early) Faithful Friday and GIVEAWAY, FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!

SALUTATIONS, STRANGERS!!!!!!! I haven't been on in a while. Thanks again for not giving up on me.

First, for Faithful Fridays, most of you know that I have type A Flu. I have fever and stuffiness, and the most horrible cough, but, JESUS is getting me through it. Probably the worst part is being weak and unable to go anywhere and having to be careful because I'm so contagious. I hate it. But I've recieved many E-cards and gifts. Ms. Molly Smith, from Molly's Country Memories sent me a kind note and beautiful angel which I'll show another day, and some little kids from the homeschool group sent me heart hangers with my name on them and get well cards. My pop brought me sweettarts three times, also. My Aunt Betty sent me a GREAT E-card, and so did my friend, Allyson. Thanks, everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you for all the prayers!

(Late Again) Faithful Fridays, and Almost Giveaway!!!!

Halloo!!! Thanks for not giving up on me!!! I will try to at least stop by to see your Faithful Fridays post.

This week, I want to tell you about a lady at our local nursing home, Ms. Ollie. She was-and still is-a family friend of ours before she got Alzheimers, and had to enter the nursing home. Now, when she first had to live there, she prayed that she would go on home to Jesus shortly after, but, she didn't. About a week ago, she was diagnosed with Cancer.....in her chest. Her family keeps praying that she will stop suffering, and go to Jesus in her sleep, but, I just can't. I have been, and will continue to pray for her wellness. And, halfly, that prayer has been answered. My friend, Molly Grace, scared me Thursday, when we went to visit and play Bingo. She came to me, and said, "JOY!!!" "Ollie's not in her room." I said, "But, she's not dead." We searched around and found her sitting up in a wheelchair, herself and everything. They took away her walker(the walker held her in it, but allowed her to get into her room, walk, and sit.), but, she was responding very well....better than ever. I asked one of the workers if she was doing better, and she said she wasn't better, but she was stronger, and she said that she had her good days and her bad ones. But-HALLELUJAH!-SHE'S STRONGER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YA-YEH!!! Please continue to pray for her.

A Beautiful Inheritance

Ok, I know that sounds weird, but, listen, IT FITS!!!!!!! LOL! My Grandmama has been cleaning out her house a lot lately(sadly for me, that means I "get to help" her). She has been pulling out stuff, and I've been saying "Ooooh...that would look good in my room!", and giving her that sly little grin(you younger kids know what I'm talking about). She has this BEAUTIFUL little decorative jar that belonged to her mother (my great-grandmother) before she died. My mom has told her before, "You should give that to Joy." "It would go really good in her room." So, the other day, she did. Mom said she was suprised, but Grandmama DID make me promise a ZILLION times that I would take care of it and keep it always. It's on my dresser. It looks great. It's actually BETWEEN my piggy bank and bouquet, even though the pic doesn't show it.

Faithful Friday!!!!!

Hey folks. I know a lot of you are really busy, so, I'll make this kinda quick.

I'm thankful that we didn't have tornadoes. Yesterday, we had all the "symptoms" for tornadoes, but, by GOD'S grace(and prayer, for course), it all cleared up. I didn't get to go to the nursing home to play bingo and visit the rooms, like we usually do every Thursday, but, I'm glad we were all safe.
