Faithful Fridays ~ Micah 6:8

Hi everyone!  Today's post will be short as we're in a hurry and I forgot to do my post last night!  Sorry about that!

Faithful Fridays is a weekly "meme" hosted on my blog.  I made it so that Christians would have a designated day (Friday) to share something from their Christian walk on their blog.  If you'd like to participate, grab the button above, write your post, and then come link up at the bottom of this post!  :)

I just wanted to share a verse with you today that's been on my mind lately.  It's Micah 6:8.  I just love it!  :)

He has shown you, O mortal, what is good.
And what does the Lord require of you?
To act justly and to love mercy
and to walk humbly[a] with your God.

That's the NIV version.  Here's The Message:

But he's already made it plain how to live, what to do,
what God is looking for in men and women.
It's quite simple: Do what is fair and just to your neighbor,
be compassionate and loyal in your love,
And don't take yourself too seriously—
   take God seriously.

God bless you and have a great day!  :)
Love,
Joy :)
